Lightscribe requires Lightscribe disc and Lightscribe software, both not included in packing
Free DVD player software like VLC, free DVD burner software like BurnAware can be download from internet

Returns

Return (in its new, unused condition) for refund is accepted within 60 days after item delivered. Contact us for RMA number.
Confirmed faulty items/ DOA will be replaced or refunded.
