The helical gears (diagonal gears), which are a major feature of the Tanaka type, are not cast as they are, but are machined with a precise tooth cutter, making them very comfortable to work with.

We also use the same type for our own use, and it is a good product with good maintainability.

Noodle finish 2.1mm

The entire machine has been disassembled, cleaned, repainted, and reassembled. The machine is hygienic and free of old flour dust, which is common.

 Wooden parts of the seat board, handle, and roller are finished with sesame oil. The wooden seat board, handle, and roller are finished with egoma oil, and the wooden board, sun board, and wooden roller have been replaced as needed.

 There are some scratches and stains, but nothing that would be a concern when using it. 

Please put through the discarded fabric when you use it.
