Clarks Horse Review - Semptember 20, 1892. Seems to be complete and in good shape for its age. Has some tears, cracks, rips, browning of paper, etc. Cover is taped on edge of binding. Inside the pages are actually stapled really well and aren't loose or breaking away at binding. Pictures are accurate per condition in which cover and back pages have small tears and rips. The cover is actually in worst condition and has been taped across the front (can see in pictures) but the interior is really good condition overall.
Cool advertisements and is interesting piece of history.
