Really cute dress very very good condition

It’s a size 10 but would easily fit a size 8 as it’s got an elasticated waist. It would fit both sizes easily.

It has loops for a belt but no belt you could add your own or where As is

The length is 43 inch waist is 24 inch up to 32 inch
