Mid 19th century wheel
thrown salt glazed stoneware beer or sarsaparilla bottle. It has a blue
decorated M. LOFTUS bottler mark on the shoulder. The base has remnants of a paper tag you can wash off and cool wire wheel removal marks. The bottle has a nicely made top with no chips or damage. The glaze is a great beige color. It stands app. 10 1/8" tall. The base has a couple tiny edge flakes. The pictures are accurate as to its
