An original World War Two printed document that belonged to Lieutenant Eugene Valic who was in the 255th Infantry. This appears to be a form for him to take home souvenirs. It mentions German coins, badge, medal, in one area it says Insignia (Round-silver w/sword) German.          

I currently have other items listed that belonged to this individual.

The paper has some wear and stain marks.
