DOA Policy:  In the rare event a DOA occurs upon arrival, please reach out to me via E-Bay messaging with clear pictures of the DOA fish still in the sealed/unopened bag within 2 hours of the delivery time (this can be found on your tracking details). The insulated box does not protect them for long depending on the weather.  Make sure you or someone is home to bring your new fish inside ASAP and begin acclimating them to their new home.  Opening the bags prior to the above instructions and notifying the seller voids any possible refund or credit. 

 Shipping Policy: Mondays and Tuesdays depending on location and weather. We will not ship if the weather is above 90 degrees or below 20 degrees., sometimes on Saturdays and Wednesdays (preference will be discussed with buyer).  Shipment will include a Heat Pack as needed with proper insulation.  Depending on quantity, we will use medium or larger boxes to ship.  If you wish to purchase any other listed fish from us, we will combine shipping at a discounted rate.  

**** Note: The customer is responsible for watching the tracking number for delivery status of the package.  Don't let it sit once delivered as it could cause fish death. The largest risk in shipment is the fish being left in a mailbox upon delivery or at your door unattended. You can sign up for notifications about your delivery via (USPS / “informed delivery” or UPS).
