This is a pair of brand new with tags mens boardshorts style swim trunks from .Quiksilver  "Loc Scallop 21" model, size 34 waist, black, white and light blue color.  92% poly/8% elastane.  Great shorts that retailed for about $60.  Thanks for looking and please check out my other items!
