This is a BROOKSTONE Anti-Gravity Diffuser/Fountain. Droplets appear to float upwards using the illusion of strobe lighting. The effect is calming and amazing to watch! 

Unfortunately, the diffuser function is not included with this unit as it is a surplus warranty replacement unit, although a diffuser function is shown on box/documentation.

Tested as seen in video (will upload today) and works great. Will be fully inspected before shipment!
