This old antique knob is porcelain.

• This 1800's knob has an small screw held into the center of the porcelain with lead the way it was done in the 1800's, not glue or epoxy like they are now.
  
• The knob is in good condition. 
• The knob has a few tiny chips around the base which is typical from manufacturing in 1850
• There are blemishes, scratches and nice crazing or alligatoring of the porcelain.
•  The knob is 15/16" in diameter 
  
• 5/8" deep with out the screw.
