New, never opened, in original sealing. 

Please, be aware that Blu-ray box is made of a carton material and there are a lot of chances to do some damage to it easily. Smaller dots or minor scratches possible to appear even with a light contact. 

The condition of the Blu-Ray is the same as you see with photos.

Shipping:

I will ship the product within 5 working days after receiving a cleared payment.

Using Standard International Shipping(mostly to every country worldwide) and you are provided with a tracking number.

All the items will be packed well with a bubble wrap. Photocard will be in a plastic or cardboard safety sleeve.

Before sending you the PC I'm taking photos of the packaging and of the envelope with your name and address to have proofs of sending if they are needed. Also I always have a paper with shipping info and tracking number from the post office after sending.

If for some reasons you are not receiving your package for a long time and tracking says that it has entered your country - please at first contact your local Post(USPS or any national country's Posts, depending on your country). If you see that the parcel have not entered your country and the tracking is stoped with no updates for a long time - please, contact me and I'll do all my best to help with the situation.

Damages: 

I always send the product same as you see with the photos. If you feel unsure - please ask for more photos before buying. 

Also as said before I'm taking photos of packaging and envelope with your shipping info before sending the item. When you see a damaged package - try immediately contacting your post office before opening the envelope, as those damages are most likely are made from transportation. 

If not - I'll be needing a full unpacking video(from when sealed envelope with yours and mine addresses visible to the moment when its clearly visible the PC or other product and damage on it). So we may fairly solve the situation. Thank you for your understanding!

Tax and Customs:  

Please note that the customer is responsible for all the taxes and customs fees in their country. As the shipping will be from the EU, EU countries are mostly excluded from the tax payments.
