Wallace & Gromits motorbike and sidecar

You'll remember these classic wheels from Wallace & Gromit's industrious window-cleaning service, Wash 'N' Go, featured in Nick Park's 1995 award-winning film 'A Close Shave'. This iconic vehicle appeared in a classic moment from the film when Gromit's sidecar transformed into a plane in hot pursuit of sheep rustling dog Preston.

Size approx 14” x 14” x 12”

The one I have pictured on eBay is the actual one used to make the 100 edition, it was then dismantled to make the moulds for the making of the 100 edition which is actually on a square base which is the what I have for sale(SQUARE BASE).They were put on a square base for the edition as the round base was considered too large for packaging. They came from the art animation gallery in London who published them after a Wallace and Gromit event with Nick Park Peter Lord and Peter Sallis. I have used the original in the picture as the 3 that I have are in the original packaging and are well packaged for protection, the original box’s they originally came with have deteriorated and discarded.

They were originally made and sold for over £1000 each. They are valued much higher today.
