  • Items are purchased by me from resale stores and private owners specifically for resale - nothing should be expected to be "perfect". Dinnerware may have originally been sold as a first or second quality. Not all dinnerware is marked as first or second quality by the manufacturer and many of the older dinnerware pieces show minor imperfections. Any major defects will be mentioned, but possibly not everything you might consider a flaw. The items you purchase from me could be a second quality item. If it is marked or designated as a second, I will mention that in the listing to the best of my knowledge and ability. If you specifically want a guarantee for first quality items or for perfect items, online purchasing may not be the best choice for you. Items are non returnable.
  • I sometimes will use an alternative carrier from what was initially selected to deliver your item. I only ship to the address shown as the ship to address when you make payment. I will not ship to an alternate address you might try to provide via email. This is a fraud prevention measure. Please make sure the correct address you want the item shipped to is showing when you make payment. There is no ebay workaround for an error other than to cancel the sale and start over.
  • I am not able to hold shipping beyond my stated handling time of 2 days once payment is made because Ebay penalizes sellers with a defect for late shipping.
  • Any package that is returned to me due to an incorrect or non forwarding address is re-sent at buyer's expense
  • Most items do not offer international shipping, however if I do choose to ship an item internationally, it will be shipped Priority Mail. I will not ship first class. Priority ONLY. Also if an item does ship internationally please note:

  • International Buyers

      • Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

      • Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

      • These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

      • I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.
