I Would rate this card close to mint but I chose the excellent rating because the back is off center. No creases, No bent corners, No scratches. The front is centered very nicely. There are no blemishes on this card except for the off center back. It will be a great addition to any collection. I will ship this card in a 5x7 envelope and it will be in a top loader with extra padding. Buyer pays shipping.
