Here is an excellent reproduction head dome inner base for the 1966 Remco Lost in Space Robot. The mold was made from an original part and cast in white plastic. You prime and paint metallic or whatever you choose. Painting instructions are included.

The molds for most parts I cast were made from vintage parts that often had playwear & age blemishes.
