Vintage Arts & Crafts Movement Embroidered Yellow Linen Tunic Smock Dress

This vintage Arts & Crafts Movement embroidered yellow linen tunic smock dress dates from 1920. It is made of a pale pastel yellow color heavy linen fabric with an Arts & Crafts Movement style embroidered abstract geometric floral design. This pretty pastel yellow dress has a loose fitting drop waist tunic smock style, with embroidered rosette roundels trim sewn onto the side pleated skirt, 3/4 length sleeves, a squared neckline, pull over the head style with no closures and is unlined. The dress measures 48 inches long, with a 42 inch chest, 42 inch waist, 42 inch hips and a 20 inch back. It is in good as-is condition, with only some slight faint fade discoloration in areas, mended repairs on the arms and shoulders with a few small frays (see close-ups). This is truly a wonderful piece of Arts & Crafts Movement wearable art!
