These books are in ACCEPTABLE condition. Both books are missing their original dust jackets. There is a large stain on the cover of Vol. 1. There is some staining on the front and back covers of both books. The original owner's name is written in pen on the endpapers of both books. There is creasing and wear along the spines of both books. There is some fraying at the bottom and corners of the book spines. There is wear along the edges and the corners of both books. There is some staining and discoloration on the text blocks (page edges) of both books, visible when the books are closed. There is some small stain spots on some of the pages in the books. There may be other wear from being read, shelved, and stored. All obvious flaws to the books are represented in the pictures. Please review all of the photos carefully for reference to the book's condition.
