This one purchase includes all of the following items below. In addition to what's listed for each item, they are all also BIOS unlocked and with an activated install of Windows 10 Pro. They all come with a power adapter to charge the laptop, and they are all in great condition. Screens are excellent and there is no major damage anywhere. The roughest part of all four is as you can see from the picture, some of the lids are a bit dirty, and there are some scuffs. The batteries do hold a charge for some time, but I can't confirm the remaining longevity as these are used items.
