Vintage looks to be hand hammered pierced silver plate decorative small tea pot has blown glass liner reverse painted in red ( I can see where a small amount of the red has rubbed off the bottom interior) which makes the tea pot look jeweled from the exterior  unmarked a cute display piece not for use.
