Offered is a Jud Philips USAC Sprint Car in 1:43rd Scale Diecast. This is a Limited Edition - One of only 1,500 produced for Worldwide distribution.
In 1962-63 Roger McCluskey raced in Bruce Homeyer's team sponsored by Konstant
Hot, manufacturer of water heating and dispensing units. In 1962
Homeyer teamed up with McCluskey as a driver and Jud Phillips as a car
builder and chief mechanic. In 1963 McCluskey won his first USAC Sprint
Car Championship driving Bruce Homeyer’s Konstant Hot Spl. He won 7 of
the 22 races he competed in, was second five times, third on four
occasions, and 4th three times. The car was built in 1962 by Jud Phillips and was powered by Chevrolet 283 cubic inches stock block engine.
Model
is new condition - just removed from 3 car set. Has never been
displayed or played with. Model is loose - No longer in original
packaging.
