I took it for a test drive at a friend's shop. During the test run, it was confirmed that the power was turned on and the transmission and reception were OK, but there was some noise in the squelch and volume. I was told that the LCD light was out.

Overall, the main body itself is beautiful.
There is rust on the screws on the top lid and the two screws on each end that secure it to the metal fittings.

The microphone is beautiful, but please consider it a bonus.
