This is an original colour pen and watercolour of the French Medieval fortified city of Carcassonne from the air. It is on thick card and measures approx. 34 x 27.5cm. 

Although unsigned, it was by artist Tony Townsend, a graphic designer and book illustrator. It is unknown where this image was used. It shows in the two city walls and gates, the narrow streets, villas, cathedral etc. 

Condition: Very good condition.
