Condition of items:

All photos form part of the condition of the item as well as the description. It is up to the buyer to zoom into photos to view any defects or flaws as described for all pre-owned items.

Postage:

Combined postage is available for multiple items.

We use Australia Post and multiple courier companies for delivery across Australia, the pricing will be the same as shown in the listing. Most parcels are sent with Australia Post & eBay packaging, via Standard Parcel Post Satchel with tracking number or multi company courier services. We charge a standard flat rate of $10.95 (small satchel), $12.95 (medium satchel), $16.95 (large satchel), and $19.95 (extra large satchel) for postage all across Australia. Unless stated in the listing or at buyer request, all parcels are sent via standard post, however express or signature required postage can be requested via prior private message (associated higher postage charges will apply). 

Postage cost includes handling and packaging costs. Delicate items may require extra air wrap packaging, and this will be included in the postage cost. Combined postage can be made available for certain items.

During COVID, lockdowns, and peak seasonal or holiday periods, postage may take longer than usual to arrive. Express and registered postage may not be guaranteed even if extra postage is paid for. We do not take responsibility for Australia Post or any Courier companies late parcel arrivals affected by any restrictions in any case and because of this we will not be responsible for the above reasons or their own transit issues.

We use Australia Post or courier tracking systems, and all parcels have a unique tracking number. In the rare event of lost or missing parcels via Australia Post or courier they can be tracked through their tracking service. In the very rare incident, please contact us directly if an item has been stated as delivered but you have not received it as an enquiry can be raised with Australia Post or the associated courier company’s customer service.

Packaging:

All items are inspected and photographic evidence taken prior to posting. We take full care in packaging all our products and items carefully and with love. However, we do not accept responsibility for damaged items during transit via Australia Post.

Pick up:

Unfortunately, we do not offer any local pick up services. Thank you for your understanding.

Discount and reduced items:

For items purchased at full listed prices, please send us a message for any queries regarding combined postage for multiple purchases. Alternatively, please wait until auction has ended on all your bids, and an invoice will be sent to you.

Bidding:

Please note, only bid if you are a serious buyer that can pay instantly. Otherwise, send a private message to arrange a set time for payment. If we receive no response after your first payment reminder, the sale will be cancelled automatically.

Combined Postage:

We offer combined postage.

Combined postage is NOT available on discounted items and is only available depending on weight and size of other items purchased. Multiple items purchased together may still require the full listed postage charges on each item as opposed to less. This is because a larger satchel or parcel is required to fit all items together.

Returns:

We do not offer returns or exchanges. No returns, no refunds, no exchanges, or change of mind, allowed for any reason. Please choose carefully, as all sales are final.
