This is a reshelled north American new 3ds xl. It has a new

-Touch screen

-Top screen lense (glass)

-Both joystick caps

Everything on this console works and functions well. The inside and outside have been cleaned. This console feels almost like new and it comes  ready to go with an aftermarket charge cord, and aftermarket stylus. The top screen seems a tiny bit washed out but appears to be ips.
