40mm pink Thulite polished heart from Trondheim, Norway.  This stone heart is carved from natural Thulite, a rare mineral of the Zoisite group.  The name derives from the mystical island "Thule", which marked the outer most northern edge of the world in ancient times.  This color-rich pink Thulite is only found in significant quantities in Norway, hand mined from a location only accessible by foot on a picturesque plateau surrounded by swampy bogs.  The piece is hand polished for a smooth finish around the stone.  This palm stone is great for use as a collection or display piece, in metaphysical use, and as a pocket or worry stone.
