South Dakota License Plate Pair with water damage. 1972, #B1-1831. Condition is used. Water damage, bubbling/flaking paint. I found the pair in the original plastic packaging and it was wet for a very long time.. I had to throw the wrapper away, it was all nasty. Some rust through along the edges.
