Insurance is charged on all purchases over 25 dollars and is charged at the current post office rate and will be included in the shipping/handling charges when calculated for multiple items purchased. Most items will be mailed through the US postal system.
Orders over 25 dollars sent to other countries will be shipped by registered mail only - with current post office registration fee (at the time of shipping) added to the shipping/handling charges.
Yes I do combine items for shipping. Orders are normally shipped in 1 business day unless I am out of town on business.
