One of my all time favorite airplanes is the Pitts Special, particularly Betty Skelton's Little Stinker version. I got to see her perform when I was young and it is a lasting memory - this tiny red and white biplane performing impossible stunts flown by a girl! Scientific produced a version early in their "hollow log" series with extensive decals to mimic the read flares on the original. I built one and loved it.
This kit is one of the early production versions with the plans showing an OK Cub .049 for power. The box is badly faded and shows some water marks, but the kit inside is intact. The decals look a little faded but show not cracking so they probably are OK.
