It features the ROYAL SEAL of SPAIN which was in use from 1715-1868. Motto is RIC: PEARCE V. CONS DE ESPANA PENZANCE. Crafted in the United Kingdom by an unknown Seal Engraver, this vintage item is a true collector's piece for those interested in stamps and seals, desktop items, pens and writing instruments, and collectibles.
