This near perfect $5 bill is extraordinary in every way.

It has extraordinary eye appeal.

2003A is a tough year for $5 bills. Chicago had the lowest run out of 3 regions that printed star notes. This one in particular has a low S/N.

TOP POP is grade 68 with only about 15 notes getting that grade between PMG and PCGS.

So grade 67 is pretty tough.

It’s priced nicely as the book value for a CU is $75.
