I find it fascinating that there's so many household names in this particular Winter 1982 Sight and Sound (see scan 2 for contents) -- Rainer Werner Fassbinder, a brilliant obituary of Jaques Tati, an analysis of Luis Bunuel -- plus there's a piece on Andrei Tarkovsky written at the time Nostalgia was being made, which is very interesting, considering his films are so profound and hypnotic, I always assumed they just appeared fully formed. And it's a testament to the journalism that the big piece of Mike Leigh, a film-maker I can usually take-or-leave -- is fascinating. Condition-wise, as with any vintage issue of Sight and Sound, it's been well-served by the thick paperstock; there's only extremely slight signs of handling -- and the two supplements are in great shape, too. I'll despatch very carefully --and immediately on payment. Non-payers - Three-strike non-payers will now be banned from eBay at a name-and-address level. Happy to combine postage costs if you win this along with any of the other items I'm currently selling on Ebay. Prompt payment highly appreciated. Thanks for looking, happy bidding >
