Royal blue 100% wool, fully lined in acetate, exquisite black beading, also utilized with the button at the top of the placket (hidden snaps the rest of the way down) as well as the single buttons on each cuff. Padded shoulders, gently flared below waist, front and back seams. Skirt has hidden side seam pockets, four front pleats, two back darts, back vent. Excellent condition, no blemishes.
