It’s in Very Good Condition, the frame has a few minor chips.   Signed lower right.   Measures approximately 20 and 1/4”  by 17 and 1/8” including the frame and about 8 and 3/8” by 11 and 3/8” sight.  Heavy carved wood frame is spectacular.   Please consult the shipping calculator for shipping costs, Thanks
