Corgi OOC OM41310A & B Wright Fusion First Leeds 95 Dual Destination Pair

Perhaps the rarest of all the bus models ever produced by Corgi, the Wright Fusion First Leeds articulated models passed into collector folklore when only 18 were produced, after Corgi cancelled the production run. They produced less of these than my London Omnibus Models LT types!

A small number of the 18 were offered to members of the Corgi Collector Club via a ballot. However, the entrant could only choose one destination. Either Leeds Rail Station, or Bodington Hall. Leeds was the A model and Bodington Hall, the B model.

Because of this, the odds of anyone actually owning a pair were astronomical.

Here I have a pair of the models. Probably the first time a pair has come up on eBay ever, and possibly the last time.

It is my belief these came from an employee at Corgi, as they were found in a box of Corgi promotional items.

The models are in perfect condition. The driver side mirrors may be slightly off, but I’m not going to risk touching them to align them. This was probably one of the production issues they had with the models. There are slight tears on both boxes. On the B model, it is on the right flap. I’ve applied some scotch tape to the flap, to stabilise the integrity of it.

You receive both models;

OM41310A Leeds Rail Station via Hedingley (No Certificate)

OM41310B Bodington Hall (With Certificate No; 0005)

This is one of the final items we are listing before our hiatus from selling.

Please note; I will not split the pair. Also, the price will not be reduced, so please don’t ask for a ‘friendly deal.’

Beware of imitations! The Baron’s listings are all produced from his own templates, with our own photographs. We never steal anyone else’s descriptions to boost sales. We believe in giving the buyer a personal service, where all pros and cons of items are made clear. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
