Gorgeous silk velvet 1950’s early 60’s Seamstress made off the shoulder dress. Beautiful neckline! Dress is also nicely lined. She is a real beauty but sitting in a closet for Decades other clothes pressed against her has left marks in velvet, the way velvet acts. I think a real nice steam will pop fibers back up, not as noticeable in dim light, it’s when the Sun hits it they show more. Zip back nice full skirt if you want to wear a fun colored crinoline. Did not see much wear. Too lovely to not be worn, perfect for photography or Drama.
