Offered is this Leeward Island Plate Block of 10, Scott# 133 with 'Loop' Plate Flaw. Issued in 1954, this key plate with known error is a great find for any serious collector. The block is MNH and graded XF/S. The flaw error is visible in the the second row, right column, in the scroll.
