As my knowledge of these kind of items are limited I do not know what the problem could be.
When connected to power the lights turn on I have plugged in headphones and when keys are pressed could hear some sound from "most of the keys" not all, but they are not like original piano sounds, more screechy I don't know if this is normal or you are supposed to turn some knobs to get better sound but as i mentioned my knowledge on these items are limited, could have any of the problems listed below. overall condition looks very good but missing 3 knobs.
