PAYMENT POLICY: Payment is due within 4 days from the end of the auction.

*Seller uses eBay Managed Payment System so we accept PayPal, credit cards, Apple Pay and Google Pay.

*No reminders to pay or duplicate invoices will be sent. If payment is not received after 4 days, item will be relisted or offered to next highest bidder. For non paying winners, the item won will be canceled and reported to eBay as “buyer did not pay.”

SHIPPING POLICY: Can take up to 5 days after payment is received.

*WE TRY TO SHIP ALL ITEMS ANYWHERE FROM 3 TO 5 DAYS AFTER PAYMENT IS RECEIVED. If you need your item sooner, please email and we will ship ASAP!

*COMBINED SHIPPING FOR AUCTIONS: WE WILL COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING! If you win more than one item, we will send a new invoice with the combined shipping cost within 24 hours after the auction ends.

*COMBINED SHIPPING FOR BUY IT NOW ITEMS: WE WILL COMBINE SHIPPING ON MULTIPLE ITEMS TO SAVE ON SHIPPING! If you buy more than one item at a Buy It Now, you will have to pay postage on each individual item. However, we will combine the shipping and refund any excess overage in shipping.

USA SHIPPING METHODS:

*We use USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS Ground.

*Ship Cover Insurance for is added to the shipping when shipping is calculated by eBay. It is included in the total shipping when you look up how much shipping will cost for your location using the "shipping & payments" tab.

*For items over $300.00, Signature Confirmation is also added.

*We do not ship via USPS Media Mail. This service is too unreliable and we have had issues with USPS being too rough on media packages causing damage to the product.

*If you are local and want to pick your items up from the seller, arrangements can be made.

REFUND POLICY: We accept returns only if item is not as described above. Buyer must return item in the original condition as sent by seller within 7 days of receipt of the item. If the item has been tampered with, we will not issue a refund. Buyer must notify seller if they are returning an item and state the reason why. Postage is not refundable.
