It is a heavy fabric that has a woven in design as well as the floral prints. 

The measurements are 54" wide but I am calling it 52" due to the strip on the boarder with  "Robert Allen Home, MMII Dupont Teflon Up"

there are 2 & 5/8th yards. 

I am not sure it it has been washed and would suggest you do wash it prior to use, cold water and line dry.
