Vintage Dalton Virgin Cashmere Embroidered Fruit Flower Leaf Trim Cardigan Sweater

This vintage Dalton virgin cashmere embroidered fruit flower leaf trim cardigan sweater dates from the 1950s. It is made of an off white cream color soft 100% Virgin Cashmere knit with a multicolored raised padded satin stitch embroidered fruit, flowers, vine leaf applique trim edging the collar, cuffs and bottom. This charming cashmere cardigan sweater has silk covered button down front closures, colorful embroidered trim waistband, cuffs, collar, long sleeves, is unlined and has a "Dalton", "Malouf Design Perfect Negligee" labels sewn inside. The sweater measures 19 inches long, with a 42 inch chest, 32 inch waist, 20 inch long sleeve, 15 inch back and 16 inch neck. It is in excellent condition. This is truly a wonderful piece of wearable art!
