This piece is from my mother's estates and I am pretty sure it is from the mid 80's. The polka dots are about 3/4 inches but vary due to their free form shape. Dots are black and kelly green. 

There isa flaw where the fabric is joined, it is 38" in from one end. Please see pictures # 3 and 4.

Measures 44" wide by 5.5 yards.
