This is simply a NEW, left over part from the Lionel Factory (Michigan) that closed 20 years ago.

Nothing added.  NO front on the boiler.  Cab number was bright and crisp.

This piece was nearby when a Fire damaged other items...this one simply got wet and dirty from the spray.

SHOULD clean-up and look close to new.
