Fred Arbogast Wheedler Green Topwater Lure from Estate Sale

Lure head has scratches and dings.  There is a glob of excess paint on the head that I think is factory but it might be touch up.  The soft plastic body/tail is dirty and has some dings.  Hook is good.  Ready to use.
