Los Angeles, California - His love faded, former actress Rosemary Lane Westmore (right) testified in winning default divorce from makeup artist Buddy Westmore. Lola Lane West, actress-sister of Mrs. Westmore, corroborated her testimony. A settlement gave Rosemary a $20,000 furnished home, $1,500 attorney fees, a car, insurance and $135 weekly support for herself and a child, Susan, 8, whose custody she was awarded. Westmore was formerly wed to actress Martha Raye. Photo measures 7.25 x 9.5 inches. Photo Is dated 1954.
