Cosmetically the device is in Poor condition. The most notable wear is scratching and fading in the aluminum.
The battery does holds a charge and is brand new: I have tried to install a new battery to try to remedy a power issue. The device will restart about every 3 minutes. Battery drops from 91% to 3% when unplugged Device is ready for account to be signed into.
The left side of the digitizer does not respond to touch
