Vintage Navy Uniform Blue Dress Jumper Shirt

This vintage Navy uniform is in excellent condition overall. I've examined it closely and can't find any tears, mends or missing buttons. There are some spots on the shoulder areas and I have not tried to clean it, but they should come out. It comes from a smoke-free home and has no odors. Sizing has changed over the years and it varies from brand to brand, so please compare the measurements listed below with your own clothes to be sure that this one is the right fit for you.
