Not exactly sure what’s wrong but whenever windows is loaded onto the laptop the Wi-Fi doesn’t work, wireless or wired there are no options I tried both, Wi-Fi works on Ubuntu though. I also have never seen the led near the usb ports turn on. Besides that no other issues known.
