ABOUT ME: I have been collecting, played with, owned, held, and purchased vintage Star Wars figures my entire life. My experience and interest mostly encompasses the 1977-1985 vintage Star Wars line of toys. I have 2 older brothers who also enjoyed playing with Star Wars figures as kids. Those days fueled my passion in the hobby. I have personally seen and touched almost every vintage toy in this line. I’ve also educated myself on reproduction weapons vs. original weapons on the major collector sites. I am familiar with drop/sound tests, translucence tests, float tests and UV light tests. I also have the benefit of comparing examples to toys I owned as a child. If you like repros, that is fine and I will clearly state them in the description, but personally I do not try to purchase or display them. I have eBay-ed since 1999 and had an inactive account deleted with over 1,000 feedback rating. The birth of my daughter caused a hiatus in my collecting, but now she is of age to enjoy the movies so she has refueled my interests. I have a 100% feedback on more than 600 transactions as of this writing for this account. Some of my items come from my personal collection, but most are from estate sales over the last 25 years, or at auctions.
