These extremely limited-edition cards were randomly inserted into sealed cases of 1996 Topps Series 2 Hobby boxes at a rate of just one card per case.  Each card comes sealed inside of a plastic covering with a special 'Factory Seal' in gold foil on the back!  Take a look and see how many of these are currently for sale on Ebay.  While many are listed as 'case topper' cards, they do not have the special gold foil stamp on the back like this one does.
