Items Grades:
A - Complete, Brand New or Like new, Returns accepted if not as described.
B - Used / Preowned tested and is working may have cosmetic issues and missing parts.
C - Fair to Good condition may be missing parts and or not fully tested sold as-is for parts or repair. No returns Accepted.
D - Non functional and or missing parts for parts or repair. No returns Accepted.
Return Policy:
We only accept returns on items graded A and B if item(s) are not as described.
Our Return policy solely applies to items that are Dead on Arrival (DOA) or not as described. You are required to inform us within 30 days of receiving the item about the issues you are facing and your intention to initiate a return. Please note that we will not accept any returns without prior contact. Once we receive the item, we will either exchange it or provide a full refund.
Please be aware that at RetroRecovery, items labeled as "As-Is" or "Working As-Is" are not eligible for returns, refunds, or exchanges. These items are considered final sale.
If any issues are discovered with "As-Is" or "Working As-Is" items, we immediately cease testing, and the issues may extend beyond what is mentioned in the listing.
For any unit or item that includes a battery, please note that the battery's functionality may vary, whether it is fully or partially functional. Regardless of whether the product is listed as brand new, open box, used, or as-is, we will not authorize any refunds for battery-related issues. As batteries are consumable items with limited lifespans, it is the responsibility of the purchaser to consider our battery policy when bidding or making a purchase.
Please note that we cannot guarantee any existing or additional manufacturer warranty. We do not offer extended warranties for any of our items.
